General terms applying to quotations and orders placed with Globix.
Quotations
Quotations are estimates based on the specification, quantity and destination supplied and are subject to confirmation at the time of order.
Specifications and Tolerances
Products are supplied to the specification agreed at the time of order. Natural fibre and bulk commodity products are subject to standard industry tolerances in dimension, weight and finish.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed per order and confirmed in the order acknowledgement.
Export Documentation
Standard documentation is prepared in line with the destination requirements as understood at the time of order. Buyers are responsible for confirming any additional documentation requirements prior to ordering.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction.
