Our quality process comes from manufacturing rope, where a single weak point fails the whole length. That approach now applies to every product category we supply.
Four checkpoints on every order
Specification Confirmation
Before production starts or sourcing begins, we confirm the specification in writing: material, construction, diameter or dimensions, grade and quantity. Ambiguity at this stage causes the problems we see at delivery.
Material Intake Check
Incoming material is checked against the agreed specification before it enters production. Fibre grade and type for ropes, alloy grade for metals, material composition for sheets and gaskets.
In-Process Dimensional Check
Diameter, ply, gauge, thickness and length are verified at production stage, not retrospectively. For sourced products, the same dimensional check is done on arrival before the goods are accepted into our supply chain.
Pre-Dispatch Check and Packing
Finished goods are checked against the original specification before packing. Packing method, coiling, labelling and batch reference are confirmed before handover to logistics.
Export Documentation We Provide
Every export order is supported with the documents buyers and customs authorities require:
- Commercial Invoice and Packing List, HS-coded by line item
- Certificate of Origin
- Mill Test Certificates where applicable for metal products
- Fumigation Certificates for natural fibre and wooden packaging where required by the destination country
Certifications on Request
Specific quality certifications such as ISO or BIS vary by product category and manufacturer. If a certification is a requirement for your order, tell us when you enquire and we will confirm what is available for that product before you commit.
